Every company has a story and ConnectingTree is no exception. From visiting our home page, I'm sure you gathered that we're not your typical staffing firm. We have a very unique combination of expertise ranging from Sales & Marketing to Architecture, Engineering and Construction.

The Beginning

Our story began in 2004 when our founders were approached by a client seeking to fill hard to find HVAC professionals. At first, it was a leap, since our background was in Sales Recruitment, but we persevered and charged forward.

From there our company expanded and kept running into professionals from other disciplines such as Architecture, Engineering to Construction Industries. Through common sense, we decided to make the most of our network and expanded our expertise and recruitment offerings accordingly.

Our recruitment philosophy began to take shape and our goal was to seek out clients who viewed our relationship as a reciprocal partnership for success. We developed strong bonds and became trusted advisors to both clients and candidates.

Over time, several of our clients kept asking us to recruit their sales professionals in addition to the production staff. In 2006 we evolved once again, this time bringing onboard industry leaders in the recruitment of Sales and Marketing professionals to expand our existing offerings.

Our Growth

Our Professional Recruitment Services laid the foundation to create more innovative methods to help our clients hire and retain the best talent available. In early 2007, we proudly unveiled the Sales Interview Conference by combining our proficiencies in both individual recruitment and mass-marketing strategies. Our conferences have surpassed all expectations and enabled our clients to hire as many as 8 candidates at one event!
